Service and refund terms

The customer selects an activity or pass on the website and completes payment in the secure Paysera Checkout environment. Meno Respublika does not receive or store card details or online banking credentials.

After successful payment, the customer receives an email confirmation. Before purchase, we recommend checking the current schedule and whether the group suits the participant age and level.

A pass provides access to the selected in-person classes according to the published schedule after Meno Respublika confirms the place in the group. No physical goods are shipped.

If the timetable changes, we notify the customer using the contact details supplied with the order.

Send cancellation or refund requests to info@menorespublika.lt and include the customer name, order and selected activity.

Refunds are made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and European Union consumer protection requirements. If service has already started at the customer request, the refundable amount may be reduced proportionally for classes already provided where permitted by law.

If Meno Respublika cancels a class or cannot provide the purchased service, the unused amount is refunded or, with the customer agreement, transferred to another class.
