Service and refund terms

The customer selects an activity or pass on the website and completes payment in the secure Paysera Checkout environment. Meno Respublika does not receive or store card details or online banking credentials.

After successful payment, the customer receives an email confirmation. Before purchase, we recommend checking the current schedule and whether the group suits the participant age and level.

A pass provides access to the selected in-person classes according to the published schedule after Meno Respublika confirms the place in the group. A single-class purchase covers one visit agreed in advance. No physical goods are shipped.

If the timetable changes, we notify the customer using the contact details supplied with the order.

A pass is valid for one calendar month. If the selected pass covers 4 classes and a fifth scheduled class falls within that calendar month, it is included at no extra charge. The Lithuanian-language pass includes 12 classes per month. A single class is valid for one visit agreed with the administrator or teacher; the date, time and group must be confirmed before attending.

One pass-holder absence per calendar month may be rescheduled only for health reasons and with prior agreement from the administrator or teacher. Other participant absences are not rescheduled. If Meno Respublika cancels a class, another time is offered or a refund is handled under these terms.

Participants must bring clean indoor shoes. Comfortable clothes suitable for movement are required for rhythm, choreography, theatre and other active classes. Lithuanian-language homework should be completed before the next class when assigned.

A parent or guardian must agree in advance with the administrator or teacher whether the child arrives independently, who collects them after class, and whether they may leave alone.

Meno Respublika does not accept valuables for safekeeping. Please do not leave them unattended; liability is governed by applicable law.

Send cancellation or refund requests to info@menorespublika.lt and include the customer name, order and selected activity.

Refunds are made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and European Union consumer protection requirements. If service has already started at the customer request, the refundable amount may be reduced proportionally for classes already provided where permitted by law.

If Meno Respublika cancels a class or cannot provide the purchased service, the unused amount is refunded or, with the customer agreement, transferred to another class.
