NVŠ is municipal funding for children’s non-formal education. From 15 August 2026, parents submit the application themselves through the “Mokausi Lietuvoje” system.

How to submit an NVŠ application

Sign in to Mokausi.lt
Use Lithuania’s e-government gateway and choose to submit an application.

Choose the programme
Find the current Meno Respublika NVŠ programme and enter the child’s details.

Sign the agreement on time
Check the details and sign by the deadline shown in the system so funding is not delayed.
Important conditions
- NVŠ is for pupils in grades 1–12.
- One NVŠ programme may be selected per child.
- The standard basket reduces the fee by €25 per month; eligible children may receive a €50 basket.
- Funding runs from 1 September to 30 June; a programme must include at least 8 teaching hours per month.
