Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data MB Meno Respublika uses for registration, payments and communication, the legal grounds for doing so and your rights.

1. Data controller

2. Data we use
For registration we use the contact person and participant name, age, phone number, email, selected activity and message. For pass purchases we use the payer and participant name, contact details, selected pass, order number and payment status. The Lithuanian learning account uses parent and teacher account data, the child name, group, pass information, homework and attachments published by the teacher, and parents’ acknowledgements that they have read an assignment. If you consent to analytics, we use random browser and visit identifiers, viewed pages and broad click categories. Essential technical logs may be processed for security.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process registration requests to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to answer the enquiry. Order and payment data are processed to perform the contract and meet statutory accounting obligations. Essential security data are processed for our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service. Any future marketing would require separate, freely given consent.
4. Payments and recipients
Payments are processed by Paysera, which receives only the order and transaction data needed for payment. Meno Respublika does not receive card details or online-banking credentials. Contracted hosting, email and IT providers may also receive necessary data, as may public authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
Registration enquiries are normally kept for no more than 24 months after the last communication unless a longer contractual relationship begins. Account, group and homework data are kept during the learning relationship and for a justified period afterwards; data no longer needed are deleted or anonymised. Payment and accounting records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian law. Consent-based analytics records are kept for up to 180 days; security logs are kept only for the time needed to protect the service and investigate incidents.
6. Safeguards outside the EEA
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses where applicable.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the relevant right applies. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@menorespublika.lt. You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
8. Children and automated decisions
A parent or legal guardian should submit a child’s data for registration. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for registration. We do not use the submitted data for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Analytics only with consent
Only with your consent, we use a first-party random browser identifier and a 30-minute visit identifier to distinguish people, visits and page views. We also count broad click categories such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, registration or payment. Form-field contents, names and IP addresses are not retained in analytics, and no advertising profiles are created. You can withdraw consent on this page at any time. Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
